•   Professional survey of building site for slopes or other 
    difficult properties. 
•   The plans are designed for concrete slabs on level lots. Additional charges 
     for sloping lots.            
THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
            COVER SHEET, SITE PLAN, FLOOR PLAN, EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS, 
            SECTIONS, FOUNDATION PLAN, ROOF FRAMING PLANS, TITLE 24    
            SHEETS,  GENERAL NOTES GREEN BUILDING CODE SHEETS, ELECTRICAL  
            PLANS,  MECHANICAL PLANS, AND ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL 
            NOTES.
            
To accommodate the new codes all mechanical/plumbing plans will specify heat pump multi-split units, and electric water heaters.
