GARAGES & RVIn general, New garages and RV Parking will require as a minimum Architectural Design, and truss calculations.  Other costs can include Fire Sprinkler Design (if required), and Engineering if the walls are greater than 10'-0".

NEW HOMES

In general, New homes will require soils investigations, Architectural Design, Energy Calculations, Fire Sprinkler Design, and truss calculations.  If the home meets conventional requirements engineering costs will NOT BE REQUIRED.   

 The costs will vary, but there are many costs that you can take to keep the overall costs of the design phase less expensive.  Due to costs Increases ball park pricing may needlessly turn you off.  Call for accurate pricing.

ADUs & ADDITIONsIn general, ADUs and Additions will require Architectural Design, Energy Calculations, and truss calculations.  Other costs can include Fire Sprinkler Design (if over 500 or      600 s.f.), and Engineering if the structure does not meet conventional requirements.
